This pressure!!

I cannot stand this pressure in my head anymore. It is not a migraine, it isnt because of light or noise (even though with loud noise it makes me sick to stomach), It's like a heavy pressure behind my eyes and down back of my neck!!! I tried the headache meds that the nl gave me, notta, I tried to lay down, notta, kicked the kids out to play and just sat in the A/C, notta....nothing is working!!!! I am trying to make taco pizza's for dinner and I keep thinking that I hear this high pitch whistle in my left ear and it's driving me insane!!!!
